The RSS feed for the Mashable app has been broken for more than a month.
If you have a valid email address and password for your app, you’ll need to sign into the app again and refresh your feed to fix the problem.
The feed has been bugged in the past for some users, but users are reporting that it doesn’t work as intended.
Users are seeing a blank page, and the feed appears to be completely broken, even though it’s working properly.
“I tried it again, and it still says the feed is broken.
I’m still waiting for an email to send me an explanation for this,” one user wrote.
Some users have reported having issues with the feed even though they’ve signed into the site and made their credentials available to others.
Users who have the RSS feed open are not able to see it, as the feed has not been updated to include any new content.
One user, who goes by the handle rma, said he found the RSS feeds to be broken because he had the feed open and hadn’t logged into the Mashability app for a few days.
The problem with the RSSFeed app has persisted for a long time, but is getting worse every day, rma wrote.
